RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Quiet Tide Living, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made especially for you at the time of order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at quiettidelivingco@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds Refunds are issued only when an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item is received, or a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
